Nelson Anderson is a licensed mortgage broker and co-owner of ARC Mortgage, based in San Diego. He has spent years in home lending, and he is especially good at helping people who work for themselves, own a business, or invest in real estate. Big banks often turn those folks away because their income doesn't fit a neat box. Nelson knows the loan programs that look at bank statements instead, and he finds the fit.

Nelson built his business on relationships. Most of his clients come from real estate agents across Southern California who send their buyers to him, from San Diego to Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. He takes pride in being someone agents and clients can count on, with creative solutions, clear communication, and a process that moves along without drama.

Nelson grew up in Southern California and earned his business degree, with a focus on real estate, from San Diego State University. He lives in San Diego with his wife Lauren and their two kids, Max and Daisy.
